Lakewood Brass Lightning Bolt Stitch

Designed for clean crack stabilization or purely aesthetic reinforcement, this stitch trades organic curves for crisp geometry. The lightning bolt profile brings a bold, industrial look that feels intentional—less “hidden repair,” more design feature.

Each stitch is EDM wire-cut from solid brass with parallel sides and no taper, allowing for precise installation into a matching pocket. For best results, rout or chisel a snug, straight-walled cavity, apply glue if desired, and seat the stitch flush using a mallet and wood block.

Supplied polished from the shop, the brass can be left bright and sealed with clear coat or epoxy, or allowed to age naturally and develop a deep, character-rich patina over time.
