Lakewood Brass Hex Dogbone Stitch — Small (Straight Wall)

The Lakewood Small Brass Hex Dogbone Stitch reinterprets the classic dogbone form with hexagonal ends, giving it the visual language of a machined fastener rather than a traditional woodworking repair. It’s ideal for fine crack stabilization, accent joins, or anywhere you want the reinforcement to feel deliberate and mechanical.

Each stitch is EDM wire-cut from solid brass with straight, parallel sides and no taper, allowing for accurate installation into a matching pocket. For best results, rout or chisel a clean, straight-walled cavity, apply glue if desired, and seat the stitch flush using a mallet and wood block.

Supplied polished from the shop, the stitch can be sealed with clear coat or epoxy to retain its finish, or left bare to develop a natural, aged patina over time.
