Lakewood Brass Flat-End Stitch — Small (Straight Wall)

A restrained, architectural take on the classic stitch.

The Lakewood Small Brass Flat-End Stitch features squared, flat ends that give it the appearance of an elongated H when installed. The result is clean, deliberate, and understated—ideal for fine crack stabilization, subtle reinforcement, or projects where geometry and restraint matter more than ornament.

Each stitch is EDM wire-cut from solid brass with straight, parallel sides and no taper, allowing for precise installation into a matching pocket. For best results, rout or chisel a clean, straight-walled cavity, apply glue if desired, and seat the stitch flush using a mallet and wood block.

Supplied polished from the shop, the brass can be sealed with clear coat or epoxy to maintain its finish, or left exposed to naturally darken and develop a rich patina over time.
