Brass Dogbone Stitch - Large

Take your woodworking projects to the next level with the Lakewood Brass Dogbone Stitch.

This large variant is designed for strong, visually striking crack repairs—or simply adding a bold mechanical accent to your work.

Each stitch is EDM wire-cut from solid brass and features a subtle taper, allowing it to mechanically lock in place when driven into a slightly undersized pocket. Installation is straightforward: drill two holes, saw-cut between them, add glue if desired, and set the stitch using a rubber mallet or a hammer with a wood block.

Supplied polished from the shop, the stitch can be refinished after installation to suit your project. It is fully compatible with clear coats and epoxy finishes to preserve the shine, or it can be left exposed to develop a rich, natural patina over time.
